Best of the West is a 'Stay to Play' event
What makes the Best of the West special is that ALL teams in our tournaments are invited – we do not host open registration tournaments. If you have received an invite it is because our research has found you to be a top team in your area. In our tournaments, all games should be competitive – even pool play.
Entry Fee Includes:
1.) 5-Game Guarantee
2.) There are no gate fees
3.) One Dozen Baseballs
4.) Pool Play games to Single Elimination or modified Double Elimination
5.) Professional Staff
Awards: 1st & 2nd Place Team & Individual Awards.
Digital Rosters: All rosters must be completed by April 1st. Coaches must have copies of birth certificate at all times.
Event Format: 5-Game Guarantee. We only invite 10 teams per age group based on research done on various national ranking sites. Each age group is broken down into two pools of four. Each team will play three pool play games against elite teams from their region. Then, all teams in both pools are seeded into a single elimination bracket. No team will play a team from their own pool in the first round. This automatically guarantees four games against a different highly ranked team from your region! Winning this bracket is a MAJOR accomplishment. You will have to be deep in pitching and be able to produce runs to win the whole thing.
Equipment Required for Participants: One dozen baseballs included with each entry fee.

A 20% non-refundable administration fee will be charged on all registrations.
There are no refunds or transfers if brackets have been posted, your age division is sold out or if a team cancels 10 or fewer days prior to the start of the event.
Otherwise, if a team cancels 11 days or more prior to the event start date, they may transfer the registration to another Triple Crown Baseball headquarters event for full value or receive a refund via check minus the 20% administration fee.
If an age division does not make you will be entitled to a full refund.
Act of God Refund Policy
If an event is lost due to weather or any Act of God (i.e. COVID-19), the entry fee will be refunded via check minus the 20% administration fee.
If one game is played you will receive 50% of entry fee. If two or more games are played there is no refund.
